JUSTICE IS PRICELESS
This weekend, i watch “Woman in Gold” at the cinema. The scenario of the film is a real story from the history. The painting of Klimt was known as Mona Lisa of Austria. But, in the reaility, even the name of the painting was different as known, because the woman on the painting was Jewish. In World War 2, most of Jewish were murdered, some of them could run away. After these were happened, Nazi soldiers stole the paintings, then the paintings started to be displayed in the national museums. This painting was also one of them. Then the film show us the struggle for getting painting back by a survived Jewish woman who is niece of the woman in gold.
I am very impressed by the film. The war years and the events Jewish people had to live, hurt me. In a different perspective (art and painting), the historical events are judged in the film. It could be a very good choise if you want to see a movie which is about real history and also full of excitement.
